I consider myself to have been blessed with a gift of creating. The desire to learn and experiment with different materials and tools, has taken me through many artistic endeavors, allowing me to make a living doing what I love. 

I started my first creative business in 1989 painting tiny artworks on finger nails. After 10 years I took my art to a new level and formed my second business of interior painting, as a muralist, faux finisher, and decorative painter. Currently I am a full time artist, still doing what I love.

I have never liked limitations, therefore am always  experimenting, sometimes with intent, and sometimes letting the art take me where it wants to go. I am drawn to old world textures and colors and find it natural to incorporate this into my art whenever possible. Having severe sensitivities to chemicals, harsh mediums and solvents, I have always worked with acrylics and water based materials.
